Sanctuary on The Square- The Development process started in August of 2015. The vision was to turn the historic 108 -year-old church into contemporary condominiums, while utilizing the amazing roots of the building. The space was most recently used by the Greater Garfield Park Missionary Baptist Church, and when the space become available Property Consultants jumped at the chance to convert the building into 10 contemporary units. The units are 2 and 3 bedrooms, with 22-feet ceilings. Property Consultants were also able turn the bell tower section of the church into livable space. All of the units feature exposed brick, contemporary kitchens, private balconies and shared outdoor space.

After over a year of planning and preparation The Sanctuary on The Square condos became available for purchase in October of 2016. There are still two units currently available ranging in price from $469,900- $519,000.
