Breaking ground! Property consultants Realty is developing new apartments on W. North and N. Talman. Right now, the space is a vacant lot but by the time summer 2018 rolls around the lot will be a beautiful six-story apartment building.

Property Consultants held a ceremony on Friday July 28th to celebrate breaking ground and Vista on The Park starting to become a reality. The building will feature 30 sleek contemporary rental unit, office space on the ground floor and will have a 24-space park garage. The building is two-stories higher than other buildings in the area, which will make for spectacular views on the resident-accessible rooftop.

Hanna Architects is the Chicago-based designer responsible for the designs on the building. The space was formerly the old Wrightwood Auto Parts Co, which was torn down in 2016. The new apartments are in a great location, close to popular bars, restaurants, the 606 trails, and popular neighborhoods like Wicker Park and Logan Square.
